i dont know if anyone else knows.... 
i was looking for a theme since foxeh was not in the upgraded 3.something so i was looking and found this 
i was like no way cause it say Devious and i wasnt sure if it was a devantart type of theme so i downloaded it and found it was 
i kinda like this but i still want my foxeh theme

haha, the one you're using using is Themes for Firefox, which is very limited and even moar complicated to make ;3;
no need to search for updates xD; just go to Help>Check for Updates and voila, Firefox will find it for yah ;D
and for a reminder, Themes for Firefox and Personas can't work together, you need to choose one xD;
